Deine Qualifikationen
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a comparable qualification
- Experience: A minimum of 3+ years in Marketing, CRM, project management, or customer experience departments of subscription-based businesses
- Professional experience in Telecommunications, Banking or related industries is a plus
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in presenting and analyzing data, as well as creating actionable reports and plans
- Attitude: Possess a "Dare, Drive, Deliver" attitude with the motivation to effect change and challenge the status quo. Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to solve problems independently and prioritize tasks effectively to achieve targets
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and persuade individuals at various levels, including senior management
- Fluency in both German and English is required, with additional proficiency in French and/or Italian considered an asset
