Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Track, analyze, and optimize existing campaign performance using analytics tools and customer journey insights
  • Develop and implement end-to-end campaigns across web channels including email and SMS ensuring alignment with eCommerce objectives
  • Conduct detailed end-to-end testing to ensure seamless customer experiences across channels and troubleshoot any technical, content and communications issues

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Experience with eCommerce: Understanding of eCommerce flows, sales funnels to implement effective campaigns
  • Understanding of campaign tracking (Google Analytics 4 GA4), user behavior insights, and A/B testing
  • Skilled at using Contentsquare or similar for in-depth analysis of digital interactions and optimizing customer journeys. (advantage)
  • Ability to update and manage web content to ensure consistency with campaign messaging using CMS tools
  • Proficient in tools like Customer.io for building, automating, and tracking email and SMS campaigns
  • Experience managing cross-channel campaigns (email, SMS, website) and tracking results for optimization
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Experience interpreting data and analytics from multiple sources to refine campaigns and recommend improvements
  • Project Coordination: Ability to manage timelines, collaborate across departments, and ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Proficient in German and English: all other languages are a bonus
