Das erwartet Dich bei uns
- Support the external provider in training coordination and change management for the Microsoft Co-Pilot global rollout
- Prepare slides, draft internal posts, and manage content creation for regular internal communications
- Organize training sessions and send out invitations and reminders to participants
- Conduct surveys, collect feedback, and maintain FAQs for users
- Produce dashboards and reports to track rollout progress
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and support project documentation

Deine Qualifikationen
- Previous experience in project support, internal communications, or training coordination
- Strong skills in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Self-driven, structured, and reliable, with a proactive attitude
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
