Das erwartet Dich bei uns

Consultant for all relevant sales questions
Processes and product optimization (CVP - do the products serve the customer needs?)
Create Initiatives to proactively attract customers (also outside the shop)
Problem recording and solving, marketing needs feedback, best case sharing and establishment
Account Managers visits. Analysis, Reporting, Low-performer management, best practice sharing

Deine Qualifikationen

4 years or more years of sales experience and at least a year of experience as a manager, in telecom retail industry.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, business administration, or a related field, or KV.
Natural motivator and team player with excellent communication skills in English and German
Clean driving license and flexible to work from various shops (km can be expensed)
